    We offer free shipping to the United States.

    Through our affiliate courier FedEx, you can choose between:

    • Standard shipping: Free, delivery expected within 3-7 business days.
    • Express shipping: $10, delivery expected within 1-2 business days.

    Additionally, you can also choose DHL GoGreen, a CO2-neutral shipping option. You can choose your preferred courier at checkout.

    For security reasons, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. For questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected].

    Track your package

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace link by email. As a registered customer, you can also check the status of your order(s) via your Account.

    We use Electronic Trade Documents to streamline customs clearance, though rare delays of up to 30 days may occur. This is beyond our control. Tracking information is generally accurate and up to date.

    Taxes & duties

    Please note prices on shop.artipoppe.com do not include taxes and duties. Sales tax applies in all states—except AK, CT, DE, MT, NH, and OR—and will be automatically calculated at checkout. Rest assured that afterward your order will be shipped without any additional fees.

    Free returns

    We hope you love your Artipoppe, but if you change your mind, you can return your item from the United States for free.

    Register your return within 28 days of receiving your order via the Return Request page or through My Returns in your Account. Once completed, you will receive an email with packaging and shipping instructions.

    Return policy

    • Returns need to be delivered to Artipoppe in the Netherlands within 28 days after receiving your order.
    • Returns must be in perfect condition. Please ensure the original packaging and all accessories (i.e., gift box, instructions booklet and facing-out-insert for baby carriers) are included, undamaged and completely clean.
    • Used products cannot be returned. A product is considered ‘used’ if a baby has been carried in it. If we cannot issue the refund, the package will be sent back to you.
    • When returning items, please use the original shipping box. If a significantly larger box is used, additional shipping costs may apply.
    • Refunds will be issued for the amount paid to Artipoppe; we cannot reimburse any taxes or duties paid to local governments.
    • If you used a Gift Card or voucher for your purchase, the original code will be reactivated within 14 days of receipt of your return.
    • An item can be exchanged only once; subsequent returns will be refunded according to our standard conditions.
    • Product sets purchased through Mix & Match can only be returned in full; partial returns cannot be accepted.
    • Product sets purchased through Mix & Match cannot be exchanged.
