Free returns
We hope you love your Artipoppe, but if you change your mind, you can return your item from the United States for free.
Register your return within 28 days of receiving your order via the Return Request page or through My Returns in your Account. Once completed, you will receive an email with packaging and shipping instructions.
Return policy
- Returns need to be delivered to Artipoppe in the Netherlands within 28 days after receiving your order.
- Returns must be in perfect condition. Please ensure the original packaging and all accessories (i.e., gift box, instructions booklet and facing-out-insert for baby carriers) are included, undamaged and completely clean.
- Used products cannot be returned. A product is considered ‘used’ if a baby has been carried in it. If we cannot issue the refund, the package will be sent back to you.
- When returning items, please use the original shipping box. If a significantly larger box is used, additional shipping costs may apply.
- Refunds will be issued for the amount paid to Artipoppe; we cannot reimburse any taxes or duties paid to local governments.
- Returns are available for refunds only. If you would like to exchange your item for something else, please return the product and place a new order.
- If you used a Gift Card or voucher for your purchase, the original code will be reactivated within 14 days of receipt of your return.
- Product sets purchased through Mix & Match can only be returned in full; partial returns cannot be accepted.
