Position the waist belt with the warning label facing inwards and the carrier’s body panel centered on your body.
Take the male buckle (including extra strap length) through the elastic safety loop.
Secure the waist belt by fastening the buckle until it clicks.
Tighten the waist belt by pulling on the adjustable black strap until it sits tightly above hips. Tuck the excess lengths of the black strap in the storage loop.
Ensure that before beginning, the shoulder straps are adjusted to be as long as possible and buckles are unfastened. Lift the body panel up by placing the right shoulder strap on your right shoulder.
Pull the right shoulder strap across your back.
Take the entire male buckle of the right shoulder strap (including extra strap length) through the elastic safety loop attached to the female buckle on the left side of the body panel.
Feed the male buckle of the right shoulder strap into the female buckle on the left side of the body panel until it clicks.
Pick up your child and position the child on your left side.
Use your left hand to support your child facing inwards, while using the other hand to slip the child’s left leg between the panel and your body.
Use your right hand to support your child, while using the other hand to slip the child’s right leg underneath the strap already buckled to the side of the body panel.
Pull the left shoulder strap lifting the body panel up behind your child’s back.
While still holding the child with your right hand, pull the left shoulder strap over your left shoulder.
Pull the left shoulder strap across your back.
Take the entire male buckle (including extra strap length) through the elastic safety loop. Feed the male buckle of the left shoulder strap into the female buckle on the right side of the body panel until it clicks.
Pull the body panel up from its upper edge to make sure there are no pleats on it.
Tighten both side straps simultaneously. Make sure your child is comfortable and not too tight against your body. Allow room for the child’s head movement.
Ensure the child’s back is slightly rounded while sitting in the carrier. Make sure your child’s bottom is deep in the carrier’s body panel just above the waist belt. You and your child are ready to go.
To remove your child from the carrier, while holding with one hand the bottom of the child, use your other hand to unbuckle one of the shoulder straps and release the elastic safety loop.
Now use your other hand to hold the child and pull the loose shoulder strap behind the child’s back.
While holding your child with one hand, unbuckle the other strap and release the elastic safety loop.
Bring the loose strap behind child’s back. Now your child is free to go.
