Where are Artipoppe products made?

Artipoppe products are crafted with the highest quality materials, designs and craftsmanship. Our jacquard fabrics are woven in Lithuania where we also have a team creating our Zeitgeist Baby Carriers. The Baby Wraps and Ring Slings are handcrafted in our atelier in the Netherlands. All Artipoppe products are being checked and finished in the Netherlands under our own roof, where they are also carefully packaged and handed over to our couriers who ship them to all corners of the world.

How do I know if an Artipoppe product is authentic?

We can guarantee the authenticity of all products officially purchased on shop.artipoppe.com and in selected stores. Authentic Artipoppe products can be recognized by the original Artipoppe label stitched on or attached to the product. Furthermore, all Zeitgeist Carriers contain an original batch number displayed on the label inside the waistbelt. If you wish to check the authenticity of a product, please contact us at [email protected] providing one or more images including the brand label and as much descriptive information as possible about the product.

What is the difference between the Zeitgeist Baby Carrier, Baby Wrap and Ring Sling?

Zeitgeist Baby Carrier
The Zeitgeist Baby Carrier is a classic comfortably structured baby carrier with a modern minimalistic design. It has padding and buckles built in for quick, simple assembly. You can carry your baby on your front and back.

Baby Wrap
The Baby Wrap is a long piece of fabric that can be used for different carrying positions. Depending on your child’s age and your wrapping experience, Baby Wraps can be used for a variety of positions like a front, back or hip carry.

Ring Sling
The Ring Sling is a long piece of fabric with a pair of rings, either silver or gold, sewn to one end. The Ring Sling can be used for a hip carry.

How can I order a custom Artipoppe item?

Custom Artipoppe items are made-to-order products that are custom-made exclusively once the request for the item is made and approved. If you wish to make such a request, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Our dedicated customer care team will assist you in crafting an Artipoppe item exclusively for you.
Please note that a custom Artipoppe item cannot be cancelled, modified or returned once the request has been successfully submitted. These items are final sale.

Can I use Artipoppe products in all climates?

Artipoppe products are a year-round staple. However, there are certain blends that are especially suitable for warmer or colder climates.

Warmer climates
Excellent picks for warmer climates are lightweight Zeitgeist Baby Carriers crafted from a cotton, linen or silk blend. These materials regulate heat well due to their excellent breathability. Recommended products are Zeitgeist Baby Argus Oat, Zeitgeist Baby Heaven and Zeitgeist Baby Sky. Please consult our Summer Babywearing page for more information.

Colder climates
For colder climates, Zeitgeist Baby Carriers crafted from cashmere blends are particularly suitable such as Zeitgeist Baby Yin Yang, Zeitgeist Baby Tweed, Zeitgeist Baby Tartan and Zeitgeist Baby Two Birds.

Can I purchase a Jerusha Marley artwork gift box?

The Jerusha Marley artwork gift boxes are created especially for our Zeitgeist Carriers in a range of unique designs available for a limited time only. They are not available for individual sale.

How do I know my size?

Zeitgeist Baby Carrier
The Zeitgeist Baby Carrier is a one-size-fits-all product and can be used from newborn up to two years (3.2 kg / 7 lb – 20 kg / 44 lb).

Baby Wraps
When purchasing a Baby Wrap for the first time, size 6 is the standard size to start with. If your apparel size is 34 EU (6 UK, 4 US) or below, you might consider starting with size 5. If your apparel size is 48 EU (16 UK, 14 US) or above, size 7 could fit better. Please note that Baby Wrap sizes are not the same as apparel sizes. Baby Wraps are suitable from newborn up to two years (3.2 kg / 7 lb – 20 kg / 44 lb).

Ring Slings
Ring Slings are a one-size-fits-all product. Ring Slings are suitable from newborn up to two years (3.2 kg / 7 lb – 20 kg / 44 lb).

Are Artipoppe products safe to use?

Artipoppe products are designed first and foremost with the baby’s and caregiver’s safety in mind. We can assure you that our products are completely safe to use and are deemed “hip-healthy” by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute. Please read more here on our safety recommendations.

Is facing out an ergonomic position for a baby to be carried?

We currently do not offer the possibility to carry your baby on your front facing out in the Zeitgeist Baby Carrier. When facing your baby towards you, the back is curved in the desired natural position. This allows for the most optimal ergonomic position. If you want your baby to look around more, you could also choose to carry your baby on your back which is recommended from 6 months onwards. Please find instructions for the back carry here.

Can I wear my baby on my back?

The Artipoppe Zeitgeist Carrier is suitable for back carry if your baby has good head and solid core control which allows your baby to move from a laying down position to sitting position by him- or herself. This usually starts from 6 months onwards. We recommend carrying your baby on your front facing in when he/she is younger than 6 months.

Is there a limit on the number of hours I can wear my baby in an Artipoppe item?

There is no fixed time limit for carrying your baby in an Artipoppe item. You can carry as long as it feels comfortable for you and your baby. Please consult our Babywearing Safety page for more information on safe, comfortable babywearing.

When can I start using the Zeitgeist Baby Carrier?
The Zeitgeist Baby Carrier can be used from newborn up to two years (3.2 kg / 7 lb – 20 kg / 44 lb).
How do I adjust the Zeitgeist Baby Carrier to the right size?
The Zeitgeist Baby Carrier is newborn ready and adjustable to different sizing positions meeting your baby’s growth. Please read more here on adjusting your Zeitgeist Baby Carrier to your and your baby’s needs. For further illustration, please visit our Instructions section.
Is it possible to breastfeed while using the Zeitgeist Baby Carrier?
The Zeitgeist Baby Carrier is suitable for breastfeeding. We recommend to wait until you and your baby are well skilled in breastfeeding and your baby no longer needs his/her head to be supported. After achieving these milestones, breastfeeding can be done by loosening the shoulder straps and lowering your baby towards your breast. Please do always keep an eye on your baby to avoid any unnecessary risks. When you are finished feeding, you can tighten the shoulder straps again.
Can my baby sleep in the Zeitgeist Baby Carrier?
It is possible to let your baby sleep in the Zeitgeist Baby Carrier. The Zeitgeist Baby Carrier is equipped with a padded neck cushion that provides optimal neck support for your baby so he/she can fall asleep in a natural way. We do recommend to always monitor your baby while he/she is sleeping in the carrier.
What positions are possible when using the Zeitgeist Baby Carrier?
You can wear your baby on your front or on your back in the Zeitgeist Baby Carrier. Please visit our Instructions section for step-by-step image and video instructions. We currently do not offer the possibility to carry your baby on your front facing out.
Does the Zeitgeist Carrier support my baby’s hips?
The Zeitgeist Carrier is designed with the highest ergonomic standards in mind ensuring healthy body development of your baby. The Zeitgeist Carrier is found "hip-healthy" by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute. Please visit our Instructions section on how to position your baby correctly.

Ring Slings

Our Ring Slings are suitable for every baby from newborn up to two years (3.2 kg / 7 lb – 20 kg / 44 lb) or until both you and your baby are comfortable.

What is the difference between a Baby Wrap and a Ring Sling?
Baby Wrap The Baby Wrap is a long piece of fabric that can be used for a variety of carrying positions. Depending on your child’s age and your wrapping experience, Baby Wraps can be used for different positions like a front, back or hip carry. Ring Sling The Ring Sling is a long piece of fabric with a pair of rings, either silver or gold, sewn to one end. Unlike the Baby Wrap, the Ring Sling is used to carry your child on one shoulder instead of both. The Ring Sling can be used for a hip carry and requires less practice compared to the Baby Wrap. What if an item is out of stock?

If your desired item is not available for purchase, we advise you to make use of our Notify Me function on the product page. You will be notified by email as soon as the item is restocked.

Why can’t I find an item on the webshop?

To find an item, you can easily select a product category in our shop menu or use our search or filter function. If you still cannot find your desired item, it might be possible that the item is out of stock or discontinued. If you need personal assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]. Our team will be happy to run through our database to check the item’s history and current availability.

What is a pre-order and how does it work?

A pre-order item is not available for immediate purchase as we do not have the item in stock. We will start producing the item once you have placed an order. Therefore, pre-order items have a longer estimated delivery date than in-stock items. Please refer to the delivery date estimate noted on the product page and in the shopping bag at checkout.

Where can I find my order confirmation and invoice?

Once you successfully placed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address used to complete the order. If you checked out as a registered customer, you can download your invoice in the My Orders section in your My Account. If you would like to receive your invoice after checking out as a guest customer, please contact us at [email protected].

In what kind of packaging will my order be delivered?

Our Zeitgeist Carriers are carefully packaged in a dust bag and one of Jerusha Marley’s iconic artwork gift boxes. Our Baby Wraps, Ring Slings and gift cards come in our signature black gift boxes. All items are shipped safely in a brown carton box for protection. Receipts, commercial invoices and/or price tags are not included.

Can I purchase a Jerusha Marley artwork gift box?

At this time, we do not offer payment plan options.

When will I be charged for my purchase?

The payment will be charged immediately after the checkout process of your order. You will receive an order confirmation email verifying that your order has been successfully completed.
If you selected one of the open invoice payment methods (i.e., Klarna or Ratepay), you will be charged at the moment your order is shipped. You will receive an invoice from your selected payment provider. Please find more information in the Payment article in our Terms and Conditions.

Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?

If your order has not been shipped yet, we can modify or cancel your order, including shipping and delivery address. Please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.

Are taxes and duties included in the final price?

This depends on your country of delivery. For most European countries, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan and the United States, all relevant taxes and duties are already included in the product price. There will be no extra costs at delivery.
For all other countries, product prices are exclusive of taxes and duties. As a customer, you are liable for import duties, customs and taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.

Are there any additional costs at delivery?

This depends on your country of delivery. For most European countries, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan and the United States additional costs are already included in the product price. There will be no extra costs at delivery.
For all other countries, product prices displayed are exclusive of additional costs such as taxes and duties. As a customer, you are liable for import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.

We are driven by quality, not price. Therefore, we do not run sales or offer discounts. We do offer the Artipoppe Referral Program which allows you to invite your friends into the world of Artipoppe by giving €50 off their first purchase. Does Artipoppe offer free shipping?

We offer free express worldwide shipping on all orders.

Which shipping options are available?

Our affiliate couriers, DHL, FedEx and PostNL, offer excellent express delivery service. You can pick the courier of your preference during checkout. Shipping to a pickup point is available for customers with a delivery address in the United States. In case you have specific questions regarding the courier of use or shipping to remote areas, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected].

Can I choose a delivery date or time?

It is not possible to choose a specific date or time for delivery during checkout. Some couriers do offer the possibility to arrange a specific delivery date or time for your shipment.

Where does Artipoppe ship from?

Each and every product is checked and packaged by hand under our own roof in the Netherlands, ready to be shipped to all corners of the world.

Is it possible to ship to a pickup point?

Shipping to a pickup point is possible for customers with a delivery address in the United States. This shipping option is made available during checkout. For additional information on shipping to the United States, please read more here.

Can I ship to a P.O. box?

For security reasons, we cannot process orders that are requested to be delivered to a P.O. box.

Can I modify my shipping address after I have placed my order?

If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once your order has been shipped.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link that allows you to track your order via your selected courier. If you checked out as a registered customer, you can also track your shipment in the My Orders section in your My Account.

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

Normally, as a service standard and for security reasons, our couriers require an adult signature upon delivery. However, in light of COVID-19 our delivery partners take all necessary precautions to deliver parcels in a safe manner without any contact at your home. To keep you and the driver safe, the driver will write your name on their handheld device as an alternative signature option.

What should I do if my order has not been delivered yet?

We recommend you to track your order via the tracking link provided in the email you received or in the My Orders section in your My Account if you checked out as a registered customer. Returns & Exchanges

What is Artipoppe’s Return Policy?

We offer extended returns for the holiday season. Orders placed from 25 November until 25 December will include extended returns until 31 January.
Returns need to be delivered to Artipoppe in the Netherlands within 28 days after receiving your order. We only accept returns that are in perfect condition. Please note:
– Unwanted items must be returned in a re-saleable condition. With that in mind, please return all original packaging including all accessories intact (i.e., signature gift box, booklet and dust bag in case of a carrier), and return all items undamaged and absolutely clean.
– Please note that used products will not be accepted for return. A product will be considered used as soon as you have carried or wrapped a child in it.
– You can make use of any courier or postal service to get the returned items delivered to us. This is at your own cost and risk.
– If your return does not meet the required conditions, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you.
– If you completed your order with a gift card or voucher, the original code of your gift card or voucher will be re-activated within 14 days after we have received your return shipment.
– Any refund will at maximum be the amount that you have paid to Artipoppe. We will not reimburse any tax or duties paid to local governments. Nor will Artipoppe reimburse shipping costs that are made for the return shipping.
– Faulty items can be returned at any time. Should you receive a faulty item, please contact us at [email protected] stating your Order ID and the nature of the fault.
– If Artipoppe takes care of the shipping costs for your return in case of a faulty item, please keep in mind that we expect you to ship your item(s) back to us in the same shipping packaging you received your item(s) in. If the size of your shipping packaging far exceeds our regular shipping packaging size, we may require you to pay for the additional shipping costs.

How many days do I have to return an item?

We offer extended returns for the holiday season. Orders placed from 25 November until 25 December will include extended returns until 31 January.
Normally, returns need to be delivered to our HQ in the Netherlands within 28 days after receiving your order.

How can I return an item?

To file a return, please visit our Return Request page or sign in to your My Account and go to My Returns. You may file a return within 28 days* after receiving your order. After completing your return request, you will receive a confirmation email including instructions on how to package and ship your item(s) for return.

Is it possible to return an item that was gifted to me by someone else?

It is possible to return an item that was gifted to you. Please note that the return request must be filed through the original order’s email address or My Account. To file a return, the person who gifted you the item may visit our Return Request page or sign in to their My Account to go to My Returns.
For security reasons, we are not authorized to process the return for a different email address or My Account. A refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment used to complete the order.

Can I return a custom Artipoppe item?

Once a request for a custom Artipoppe item has been submitted and approved, it cannot be cancelled, modified or returned. These items are final sale.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

Your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment as soon as your return has been processed and accepted. This could take up to 10 days from the moment we have received your return shipment. Please note that, depending on the payment method, it may take up to a couple of days before the refund becomes visible in your account. If you checked out as a registered customer, you can monitor your return status in the My Returns section in your My Account.

Can I receive a refund via a payment method that is different from the one I used for the order?

A refund will be credited back to the original form of payment used to complete the order.

How do I exchange a product?

We offer the possibility to exchange your item for another item in compliance with our Return Policy. To request an exchange, please visit our Return Request page or sign in to your My Account and go to My Returns. You may request an exchange within 28 days* after receiving your order.

Can I choose my own value when purchasing an Artipoppe Gift Card?

When purchasing an Artipoppe Gift Card By Email, it is possible to enter your preferred value starting from €50. When purchasing an Artipoppe Gift Card In Gift Box, different values than the ones listed in our webshop are available upon request. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] so we can help you arrange your gift card accordingly. Please note that the gift card’s currency depends on your selected delivery country.

How long is an Artipoppe Gift Card valid?

Artipoppe Gift Cards are valid for two years after the date of purchase. The expiry date is stated on the gift card.

What is the difference between an Artipoppe Gift Card By Email and an Artipoppe Gift Card In Gift Box?

The Artipoppe Gift Card By Email will be sent directly upon purchase to the email address which you used to complete the order. The Artipoppe Gift Card In Gift Box comes in our signature black gift box and is shipped by express delivery service.

Can I combine an Artipoppe Gift Card with other payment methods in one order?

You can combine an Artipoppe Gift Card with another payment method or referral rewards from  The Artipoppe Referral Program in one order.

Care & Repair

How do I care for my Artipoppe item(s)?

All items are delivered to you washed, ironed and ready to use. If you want to wash your product, always follow the care instructions on the label as indicated with international washing symbols. Products may require different care instructions such as machine washing, handwashing or dry cleaning. Please consult our Care page for more instructions.

Can I wash my Artipoppe item(s) in the washing machine?

Our collection includes products that are machine washable, handwash or dry clean. Always check the washing label to see if an item is machine washable. On shop.artipoppe.com you could also use the filter function which can be found in the top menu. Here you can easily select all machine washable products. Please consult our Care page on how to wash your Artipoppe item(s) in the washing machine.

What warranty does Artipoppe offer?

If your Artipoppe item has become damaged or shows a defect, you are always welcome to contact us via [email protected] accordingly within a reasonable period of time after discovering the damage or defect. Our dedicated customer care team is always here for you and will examine your item to determine whether it is eligible for our warranty.

Does Artipoppe offer any repair services?

If your Artipoppe has become damaged, feel free to contact us via [email protected] providing one or more images of your item’s damage. Our dedicated customer care team will aim to find the best solution for the repair of your item.

What is My Account?

My Account is your personalized account that gives you full access to the world of Artipoppe. Here you can manage your personal details, check the status of your order with up-to-date tracking information and save your addresses for future orders. If you are registered with us, you can also curate your personalized, tailor-made favorite collection by adding items to your wishlist which is saved in your My Account.

I cannot sign into My Account. What should I do?

How can I use my referral reward?

If your friend uses your personal referral link to purchase his/her first Artipoppe, you will receive an email from us with a personal €50 referral reward code. This email will be sent 18 days after shipping your friend’s order to account for the cooling off period. You can enter this code in the Gift Card or Voucher box in the shopping bag to use the referral reward for your next order.

How many referral rewards can I save and earn?

You will receive a €50 referral reward for every successfully referred friend with a maximum of 12 friends. This means you can save up to €600 up to getting your next Artipoppe for free.

Artipoppe’s wishlist is a great opportunity to show your favorite pieces to friends and family. You can easily share your wishlist with them by going to the bottom of the wishlist page. Here you can share your wishlist via email or any other social media channel you desire. If you wish to share just a single favorite Artipoppe design, you can do so by clicking on the “Share” icon at the top left of your beloved wishlist item.

You can easily save your wishlist by signing in or creating a My Account with us. This way you will never lose sight of your personal collection of Artipoppe favorites.
